The Tide Tamer Stars & Stripes Giveaway (“Sweepstakes” or “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Tide Tamer, a Waterfront Brands company, (“Sponsor”). By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. 

1. Sweepstakes Period 

The Giveaway begins on Monday, June 15, 2026, at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time and ends on Sunday, July 12, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s designated computer system is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway. 

2. Eligibility 

The Giveaway is open only to individual legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada who are of the age of majority in their state, province, or territory of residence at the time of entry and who own a Tide Tamer product. 

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Tide Tamer, Waterfront Brands, their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising agencies, promotion agencies, and any other individuals or entities involved in the development, administration, or fulfillment of the Giveaway, as well as the immediate family members and household members of each such person, are not eligible to enter or win. “Immediate family members” means spouse, parent, child, sibling, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside. “Household members” means people who share the same residence, whether or not related. 

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility, Tide Tamer product ownership, and compliance with these Official Rules at any time. Failure to provide requested verification may result in disqualification. 

3. How to Enter 

To enter, visit [insert entry form URL] during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the entry form as instructed. Entrants may receive up to three entries per household as follows: 

1. Warranty Registration Entry: Complete or confirm a Tide Tamer product warranty registration. This step is required to qualify for entry. 

2. Customer Testimonial Entry: Submit a customer testimonial regarding your Tide Tamer product or ownership experience. 

3. Customer Photo Entry: Submit a photograph of your Tide Tamer product installed in the water. 

Each household may receive a maximum of three entries total during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the number of Tide Tamer products owned, number of people residing in the household, number of email addresses used, or number of attempted submissions. 

Participants may choose not to complete the testimonial or photo steps; however, completion or confirmation of warranty registration is required to receive at least one entry. 

All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. Incomplete, late, lost, misdirected, illegible, corrupted, duplicate, robotic, automated, programmed, script-generated, or otherwise non-compliant entries will be void. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. 

4. Submission Requirements 

By submitting a testimonial, photograph, or other content as part of the Giveaway, each entrant represents and warrants that: 

• The submission is original to the entrant or the entrant has all rights and permissions necessary to submit it. 

• The submission does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other personal or proprietary rights. 

• The submission does not contain unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, unsafe, or inappropriate content. 

• Any identifiable people shown or referenced in the submission have given entrant permission to submit the content and allow Sponsor to use it as described in these Official Rules. 

• The submission accurately reflects entrant’s own experience with Tide Tamer product. 

Sponsor may disqualify any submission that, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, violates these Official Rules, is inconsistent with Sponsor’s brand standards, or is otherwise unsuitable for publication or use. 

5. Prizes 

Sponsor will award three individual prizes. Each prize consists of one Tide Tamer branded gift package with an approximate retail value of $1,000 USD. Total approximate retail value of all prizes is $3,000 USD. 

Prize contents may include branded merchandise, promotional items, or other products selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Exact prize contents are subject to availability and may vary. 

Limit one prize per person and per household. Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute a prize, or any portion of a prize, with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable or cannot be awarded for any reason. 

Each prize is awarded “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. 

6. Winner Selection and Odds 

Potential winners will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The random drawing will be conducted approximately one week after the end of the Sweepstakes Period by Sponsor or Sponsor’s designated representatives, whose decisions are final and binding. 

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

7. Winner Notification and Verification 

Potential winners will be notified by email at the email address provided during entry. Potential winners must respond to Sponsor’s notification within five business of the date the notification is sent, or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected. 

Before being declared an official winner, each potential winner may be required to: 

• Confirm eligibility and Tide Tamer product ownership. 

• Provide a valid mailing address for prize shipment. 

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time, fails to complete required documentation, fails to satisfy eligibility requirements, declines the prize, or is otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected. 

8. Prize Delivery 

Prizes will be mailed to winners at the mailing address provided during the winner verification process. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, misdirected, damaged, or undeliverable prize shipments. Sponsor may, in its discretion, require a physical mailing address and may decline to ship to P.O. boxes. 

9. Taxes and Expenses 

Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, provincial, territorial, local, and other taxes, fees, duties, and expenses associated with prize acceptance, receipt, ownership, or use, including any income taxes, sales or use taxes, value added taxes, goods and services taxes, Quebec sales taxes, harmonized sales taxes, and any other applicable taxes or charges. 

U.S. winners may be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 or other tax documentation before a prize is awarded. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 or other required tax reporting documentation as applicable. 

10. License and Publicity Rights 

By submitting any testimonial, photograph, text, image, or other content in connection with the Giveaway, entrant grants Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, licensees, agencies, and designees a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, edit, adapt, modify, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit the submission, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed, for advertising, marketing, promotional, public relations, trade, social media, website, dealer communication, and other business purposes, without additional notice, review, approval, compensation, or attribution, unless prohibited by law. 

By entering, each entrant also grants Sponsor permission to use entrant’s name, likeness, city, state, province, territory, entry, testimonial, photograph, and prize information for advertising, marketing, promotional, public relations, and trade purposes without additional notice, review, approval, or compensation, unless prohibited by law. 

11. Privacy 

Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be collected and used by Sponsor for purposes of administering the Giveaway, verifying eligibility, contacting potential winners, awarding prizes, maintaining records, complying with legal obligations, and as otherwise described in these Official Rules and Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://www.tidetamer.com/privacy-policy/. 

By entering, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their information for Giveaway administration purposes. Entrants may be asked separately whether they wish to receive marketing communications from Sponsor. Consent to receive marketing communications is not required to enter or win and will not increase the odds of winning. 

Entrants acknowledge that winner information may be included in a publicly available winner list as required or permitted by law. 

12. General Conditions 

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Giveaway, in whole or in part, at any time if Sponsor determines that the Giveaway is impaired or incapable of running as planned for any reason, including, without limitation, fraud, technical failures, human error, tampering, unauthorized intervention, computer virus, security breach, force majeure event, or any other cause that may affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Giveaway. 

In the event of cancellation, suspension, or termination, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor, including by conducting a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event giving rise to the cancellation, suspension, or termination. 

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the Giveaway, violating these Official Rules, acting in an unsportsmanlike, disruptive, abusive, fraudulent, or threatening manner, or attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway. 

Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. 

13. Release and Limitation of Liability 

By entering the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor, Waterfront Brands, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising agencies, promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or injuries arising out of or related to participation in the Giveaway; entry submission; acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize; technical failures; unauthorized human intervention; or any breach of these Official Rules. 

Sponsor is not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, delayed, stolen, garbled, damaged, or undelivered entries; inaccurate entry information; technical, hardware, software, network, server, internet, website, email, or other communications failures; unauthorized access to or alteration of entries; theft or destruction of entries; printing, typographical, administrative, or other errors; or any injury or damage to any computer, mobile device, or other equipment resulting from participation in the Giveaway or downloading or accessing Giveaway materials. 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Sponsor or the released parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to the Giveaway. 

14. Disputes and Governing Law 

Except where prohibited by law, the Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. 

As a condition of participating in the Giveaway, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, causes of action, or demands arising out of or connected with the Giveaway or any prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before the state or federal courts located in North Carolina. Entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum. 

Except where prohibited by law, each entrant waives all rights to claim or recover punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including attorneys’ fees, and further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. 

Nothing in these Official Rules limits any non-waivable rights or remedies available to entrants under applicable law. 

15. Social Media Disclaimer 

The Giveaway may be advertised or promoted on Facebook, Instagram, or other social media platforms. The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or any other social media platform unless expressly stated by Sponsor. By entering, entrants understand that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to any social media platform. 

Entrants must comply with all applicable social media platform terms, rules, and policies when engaging with Giveaway-related content. 

16. Winner List and Rules Requests 

To request a copy of the winner list or a copy of these Official Rules, send a written request with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to:

Requests for the winner list must be received no later than one month after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
