Tide Tamer products are engineered for coastal environments, including saltwater exposure and changing water conditions. Proper installation, use, and maintenance help ensure long-term performance and warranty protection.
Structural Components — 10 Years
Structural components of the aluminum boat lift are covered for ten (10) years against manufacturing defects or defects in craftsmanship.
Gear Unit Components — 5 Years
Gear units are covered for five (5) years against defects in materials or workmanship.
Electrical Components — 1 Year
Electrical components are covered for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Wood Bunk Boards — 6 Months
Wood bunk boards are covered for six (6) months against product defects.
Registration Is Required
To activate your warranty, the original purchaser must complete warranty registration within 90 days of delivery.
Failure to register within this timeframe may void warranty eligibility.
This limited warranty:
Applies only to the original purchaser
Is non-transferable
Applies only to products used in the United States
This warranty applies to aluminum boat lifts used for private and recreational purposes only and does not apply to commercial use.

What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
Labor costs for repair or replacement
Improper installation or setup
Overloading or misuse
Lack of maintenance or failure to follow guidelines
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Damage caused by environmental conditions, accidents, or acts of God
Routine maintenance or normal wear and tear
Components not manufactured by Tide Tamer (including cables)
Submitting a Claim
To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must provide:
Name and contact information
Lift model and details
Date of purchase and registration
Description of the issue
Installation information
A return authorization number from Tide Tamer is required before any parts are returned.
